Enable and weight scale degrees. Use high weights to increase the likelihood
of a difficult pitch. (Shortcut buttons on right)
Select MIDI inputs for answering questions and outputs for playing sounds
with MIDI instead of the built in synthesizer.
Reload the page to rescan MIDI devices.
Note that this is not available on iOS as iOS does not support WebMidi (yet...).
